Mikalai Autukhovich transferred to prison

Political prisoner Mikalai Autukhovich will be transferred from penal colony No. 5 to a prison in Hrodna.
This decision was taken at the trail in the colony on January 17, Salidarnasts reports.
The court says the former businessman did not mend his way, so he must be transferred from a penal colony to a prison.
The trial was conducted in the penal colony in Ivatsevichy. Only a lawyer of the political prisoner was allowed to be present at the trial. According to Autukhovich’s former lawyer, Pavel Sapelka, the court admits the political prisoner does not mend his way and thus must be moved to a prison in Hrodna for the rest of his sentence.
Autukhovich was not allowed to see his family after the trial.
The busisnesman from Vaukavysk was sentenced to 5 years and 2 months for illegal possession dn transpiration of five cartridges for a hunting gun.
We remind that Mikalai Statkevich stood court in the Shklou colony on January 12. Judge of the Shklou court Vitaly Volkau, satisfied the claim of the colony administration and transferred Mikalai Statkevich to a prison for three years as a malicious offender.
