Соберут ряженых из белой руси,брсм,ветеранов,гайдукевича и прочих и разыгряют сценарий свободы слова и плюрализма на телестудии ОНТ в надежде обцыганить Дуню Миятович...

Нам по большому счету уже все равно, кто поможет создать демократический уклад в РБ - Дуня это будет или баба Клава, от всех помощь примем !

in the same report, Mrs. Mijatovic writes:

I spoke with Minister Martynov. We discussed the cases mentioned above and the developments regarding the new Internet legislation. I was pleased to receive an open invitation to visit Belarus and the assurances of the authorities to hold a round table on the Internet. I look forward to visiting Minsk.

I think these words are an evidence that another amateur was hired by OSCE - otherwise Mrs. Mijatovic would have insisted in an answer on her own request - adressed on behalf of the OSCE directly to FM Martynov in March 2010.

instead of an answer from Belarusian authorities concerning arbitrary police action against journalists in Belarus - Mrs. Mijatovic accepted an invitation to Minsk from FM Martinov - most likely to the five star Hotel Europe - and yes - the OSCE amateur is looking forward to Minsk - as she writes in her report - which CONTAINS NO ANY CONCRETE RESULTS which would be relevant for OSCE and it's financing states.

Why does the OSCE not engage professionals experienced enough for to deal with people like Belarus' FM Martynov ???
