It is informed that the former political prisoner Alyaksandr Kazulin, as well as other opposition activists, were beaten and arrested.
Businessmen Alyaksandr Makaeu, youth leaders Mikalai Dzemidzenka, Artur Finkevich have been detained. During the detention they were beaten by riot policemen.
As charter97.org website was informed by a human rights activist Raisa Mikhajlouskaya, people were started to be detained when they left the building of teh court after the trial over Mikalai Autukhovich. One by one they were snatched from the crowd.
"Kazulin, Makaeu were snatched, thrown into a bus, they were beaten, kicked before my eyes," Raisa Mikhajlouskaya said.
The detained are in the police department of Leninski district of Minsk.
